ROCKIN WITH THE ROCKIES

I wrote this as a pop tune in 1993 with no lyrics. The Rockies came to Colorado and we decided to write some lyrics for this tune. We entered a song contest and lost. A friend of ours put it in the hands of Channel 2 news and we were off and running. It was pretty cool to hear it on TBS. One of the PR exec's at the Rockies organization contacted us and played it at Rockies stadium a number of times. It is very family oriented just like baseball should be. Fun for the family at the ballpark.
